I recently visited the branch to open a new account and had a genuinely great experience. The team were brilliant from start to finish, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process felt simple and well-organised, which made a real difference. I even found myself saying I wish more organisations made things this easy! I also really appreciated that, despite arriving quite late, the team continued to serve me without any rush, even after hours. That level of customer care doesn’t go unnoticed. I found the customer experience in the branch to be very good but have now moved to a small town without a branch so set up online dealings. There were a couple of snags in the process but I was able to quickly speak with an advisor who talked me through to process to get started.
