Friendly, welcoming, handy

Good experience. I don't use internet banking and I like their passbooks. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Friendly, professional, local

From opening account to closure, it was a positive experience. The only reason we did not reinvest was due to the interest rate - we could get better elsewhere. One thing I could suggest is sending information on all interest rates and not just fixed rate bonds (or whatever is maturing). Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Personal, friendly, service

As a drop in new customer, I felt immediately the friendly welcome and willing help with my enquiry. Returned the following morning to open first account and they were again helpful in making the whole experience positive. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Efficient, accurate, supportive

To date I have found the staff helpful and efficient and requests for information etc. have been undertaken swiftly and accurately - something which is sadly becoming increasingly rare. I also appreciate being able to operate accounts by post and have not felt pushed online. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025

Could improve considerably

Opening hours of Aberdeen banch are very limited. Very difficult to get open - closed for lunch for 1 hour, and no Saturday opening. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
