very pleasant and approachable staff, Knowledgeable. No hard sell, Opening hours limited although online access mitigates to some extent at loss of staff interaction. Reviewed on: 4th April 2025

Efficient Helpful Happy

A lot of information to understand but explained in normal terms so I could understand. Dealt with Amy, Dawn and Lauren in my three visits to the branch.
