In branch service review

Spoke with staff in Inverness who as always was extremely pleasant and efficient to deal with. More consideration needed for non-computerised customers. Reviewed on: 12th August 2024

Excellent, efficient, friendly

Everything was handled efficient and all the staff were super helpful. The only negative I have is that I am unable to manage account for my parents (or attorney) online. This can only be done in the branch. I would hope that in this day and age an online facility would be possible. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024
