Very Good Help Desk

I contacted the help desk as I was locked out of my online account and spoke to Katie. As I have a disability. using a keyboard takes me a bit of time. Katie was extremely helpful and patient and talked me through the process of getting into my account again. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026

Helpful and Supportive Staff Members

I have been managing both parents accounts with the building society with having POA . The staff were so understanding when mum passed anway. We to get probate/ confirmation etc . They helped so much with their support and compassion at a very difficult time Reviewed on: 2nd April 2026
