Needed help with online login.

Needed help with online login. Very patient, clear and successful! Problem was some buttons not visible on an iPad. Subsequently found missing buttons were on small parts of the screen that scroll independently of the rest of the screen. Very happy with the help I received. Katie was extremely helpful and took me through everything in an excellent manner. I like the fact that the SBS is a stand-alone Society and that it is Scottish. I can't think of any improvements - it's pretty good as it is. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
