I was one the phone to my bank for over an hour just...

I was one the phone to my bank for over an hour just to get a balance!!! My call was answered with in seconds with Scottish, I was speaking to a lady called maxine ...such a polite lady, very efficient and I was back at my desk in 5 minutes, fantastic for those who are busy with full time jobs and a family we dont have the time for lengthy call times!
