Restored my faith

I took out a new insurance with Sheila's Wheels, but sadly had to scrap my car a few weeks later. Not only were they very helpful in arranging the new policy, I was so grateful (and surprised) when they gave me a full refund. It restored my faith and when I eventually get a new car I will be giving them my business. Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

They will make you feel like you are nothing

Forge about them hanging up on you. Forget them being rude on the phones. They simply do not care about their clients- I used them for 3 years and they stuck a knife in my back and were really smug about it. Please stay away this is an evil company not need to go near them. Stay way! Reviewed on: 12th August 2023

Absolutely useless

Had a drunk driver hit us and as we didn’t have her number and number they were unable to help. They had our car for over a month and no repairs were carried out. Every time I called to discuss they passed me from team to team providing incorrect information. DO NOT USE! Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Hugely disappointed

worse provaider EVOID

ESURE falsely reported I had 3 claims registered with them. Whereas I had 2 claims and 1 notification. But for them notifications and claims are the same. Is nowane to speak with at the claims team, what they do is to transfer you from one to another and eventually hung up. Unapproachable and unprofessional provider, avoid at all costs. Will be sued soon for the loss of income they caused me as with their error and the subsequent hire and reward refusal of renewal. This provider should have their licence revoked. Steer clear

Stay away

Stay away from this company, impossible to talk to someone. Tried for a few days, each time on hold for over 1hr so hung up. Put in a complaint, they did call me but was unable to answer so tried returning it but get cut off after the automated message. Just had an email saying it was great to chat and thanks for confirming that we have resolved your case which will now be closed , a bunch of lies as I haven't even spoken to anyone Reviewed on: 22nd June 2023

Good customer service, great deals

Sheilas wheels were one of the cheapest car insurance companies for my SLK. Buying insurance was easy and hassle free and their customer services have always been really helpful and easy to get hold of! Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Useless

Do not use! They never contact you about anything you have to call them and go through press 1 etc and then lucky if your not cut off. They put my insurance up by £150 for a claim I never had then when I sorted out the claim I never had They would only knock £36 back off. Would never recommend. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
