Bad service

KEEP FAR AWAY

KEEP WAY AWAY, any little changes you make you will get charged for, if you add a new car to the policy they will charge you alot more than others but just for convince you stick the new car on you lose a year of no claims bonus, does not say anywhere on the documents when you will start getting charged for any changes ie week month year etc but when you ask them they is there no specifics on time line they have no answer for that, very unclear with the t&cs in my opinion. Stayed with them for years and there is no such thing as loyal customer with them, as long as you do not question them or say anything and keep giving them yiur hard earned money they are happy, Absolutely terrible experience was with them from 2020 taking over 14 no claims discount when finishing the policy in 2023 i only have 16??? The underwriters want details but no one is prepared to tell you why they need sensitive information that they will have access to for over 20day. I told them over and over again I do not have an issue giving them the information but do need to know why they need it, but not a single person was able to tell me, I asked to be put through to them but they cannot put me through to them. They threatened me in the email that if I do not provide them with the said information they will no longer provide insurance. Great vehicle Insurers

Easy to deal with, especially insuring a new vehicle quickly, and also fast in reimbursing money when insurance reduced. Staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I renew with Sheila's Wheels every year. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Thieves

Absolutely disgusting company. Took money out of my pensioner fathers bank account for my dead mothers policy as apparently it was on auto renew. Been trying for a month to get it back and just keep getting told different things. Was told a week ago the refund was issued and would be with us within 3-5 days but it’s not and today when I have chased it up I have been told they are issuing a cheque which can take 4 weeks. Took money from my account without my knowledge

These onanists took money from my account with any prior correspondence yet I am insured with another Company, how can I be insured twice legally? Charlatans avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Poor service

Please AVOID... good luck in contacting them. They are saying they paid out on repair to my vechicle, but have an email from them to confirm that they DID NOT!!!!

Please save your frustration at not being able to contact them.. They make contact to them impossible UNLESS you use a premium charge phone line... No access possible via email. AVOID Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Really easy to deal with

Never ever again!

Absolutely terrible company. Hours and hours of waiting on the phone to sort an error made their end!!!! I tried to cancel my policy…. Paid what they said I owed. Now receiving stern letters asking for more money!!! An advisor was “supposed” to call back….. still nothing. So another hour plus waiting on the phone again. Thank goodness I didn’t have an accident because I imagine that to be very frustrating. I will never ever deal with these people again. Reviewed on: 30th December 2022
