KEEP FAR AWAY

KEEP WAY AWAY, any little changes you make you will get charged for, if you add a new car to the policy they will charge you alot more than others but just for convince you stick the new car on you lose a year of no claims bonus, does not say anywhere on the documents when you will start getting charged for any changes ie week month year etc but when you ask them they is there no specifics on time line they have no answer for that, very unclear with the t&cs in my opinion. Stayed with them for years and there is no such thing as loyal customer with them, as long as you do not question them or say anything and keep giving them yiur hard earned money they are happy, Absolutely terrible experience was with them from 2020 taking over 14 no claims discount when finishing the policy in 2023 i only have 16??? The underwriters want details but no one is prepared to tell you why they need sensitive information that they will have access to for over 20day. I told them over and over again I do not have an issue giving them the information but do need to know why they need it, but not a single person was able to tell me, I asked to be put through to them but they cannot put me through to them. They threatened me in the email that if I do not provide them with the said information they will no longer provide insurance. I rather not be with an insurer that cannot be clear why they want your information without being sent from piller to post Reviewed on: 30th April 2023
