Impossible to contact

Waited more than an hour on the phone line twice to try to get European cover and go to automatic. cover. Gave up as a waste of time. Website needs to be upgraded to allow you do do both online without having to speak to someone as they clearly don’t have enough staff. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

Impossible to cancel

I had sold my car and just wanted to opt out of the AUTO RENEWEL QUOTE!! but of course you can't just do that online, even though everything else you can do online. Oh no, if you want to cancel you have to start a live chat, so I went through all of the questions only to find live chat was not available! so now you have to ring, and you know you're going to be on hold to get through for hours! So I fill in all the automated questions ( a million of them ) and have been on hold now for 14 minutes and still nobody has answered! I am so cheesed off. It really really annoys me that if you want to add things to your policy or spend more money you can do it quicker than taking a breath, but if you need to cancel it's more painful than anything you'll ever have to endure. It's probably easier to just stay insured for a car you don't own as it will be cheaper than your phone bill if you try to cancel. 1. MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL VIA THE ONLINE ACCOUNT 2. GET SOME STAFF SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY RUN LIVE CHAT 3. GET SOME STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! ABSOLUTE CRAP!!! OH AND i AM STILL ON HOLD!!! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022

They don't answer calls

Have rang this joke of a company everyday and spent several hours being on hold, Is their any body actually there, Had an accident over two weeks ago and obviously their not interested. So warning do not use them. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Theft of money from my bank account

I came out from hospital to find that Shelias Wheels had stolen £482 73 from my bank account,I do not own a car,i am ninty one years of age ,this company targets my age group .
