Fantastic service

Can’t believe it took so long to get this kind of service from a bank! Where have you been, Starling! I’ve changed banks quite a few times in my lifetime, but now I have finally found one with which I’ll be sticking for a while. Starling has my vote!

I love the freedom of the spaces. They really has helped me get ahead of my finances. It's all there at my fingertips. I am so pleased with making the change to Starling, that I am happy to do take the time to do this as they are worth the effort. I have only needed to contact customer services twice. Starling are so easy to deal with!

Starling are so easy to deal with! I have been with them since 2019 and they have never caused me any issues. When I had an issue with Deliveroo they were so helpful and got me the money back in no time at all. I love their continual innovation, and recommend them to all my friends. It took a while to understand the difference that a bank “born digital” makes. Reset pins on your phone. Apply for an overdraft on your phone. Set-up spaces on your phone. Get notifications on your phone. Very cool! Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
