First time buyers - Thankyou Kurt and Callum!

As first time buyers, the prospect of buying a house and all the paperwork which follows is nothing short of terrifying. Kurt and Callum made obtaining the best rate possible for our mortgage and organising a level of surveyor we were happy with, an absolute breeze. All stages of the process were explained in full allowing us to both always feel fully informed and never confused, with Kurt happy to answer any of our follow up ‘silly questions’ without a single hint of judgement! Both Callum and Kurt were easy to contact, with quick replies and efficient action to anything we needed. We felt fully supported by both of them and couldn’t recommend them enough, especially to first time buyers who felt as lost at the start as we did!! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025

Cannot fault our experience with Tembo. As first time buys and Tembo LISA account holders we decided to use there mortgage advisor team. Kurt and Callum have been absolutely fantastic from the offset! They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had as first time buyers. The team have worked swiftly with getting our application submitted and even took the time out of hours on a Sunday to assist us which we really appreciate. 100% recommend the Tembo team.
