Tembo made my mortgage application a breeze

Olivia and Chelsea from Tembo were fantastic with my mortgage application from start to finish. They both explained every stage clearly to ensure I understood and looked at all options available to me. They were easily accessible at all times of the day/evening and responded promptly to all my queries. They also kept me updated regularly with progress. They acted not only professionally but were extremely friendly and made the whole mortgage application process stress free. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. First time buyers - fantastic service

We came to Tembo looking for a first-time mortgage at the tricky time when interest rates were sky high. From the very start, Geraldine has been just amazing at finding competitive products that fit our needs, and kept us updated and well-informed throughout the process. After our first mortgage offer expired (due to seller dragging their feet) Geraldine guided us through the best options and secured another mortgage for us super quickly. Any questions we've had along the way have been answered, and communication with both Abbey our case manager and Geraldine has always been smooth, fast and clear. Getting a mortgage as a first time buyer felt so much less daunting with Tembo in our corner. Their fantastic customer service, speed, friendliness and professionalism exceeded our expectations.
