Smooth process

Had a really smooth and simple experience with our mortgage application process with Gemma (case manager) and Peter (broker). Found they were both very personable and explained the process well; they clearly made a real effort to get us the best deal possible for our mortgage. Responsiveness/communication could have been better at times, but overall felt well looked after and found the process nice and easy. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Matt and Ellie

I went through my mortgage journey on my own, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than Ellie and Matt. Ellie was brilliant throughout—organised, efficient, and always making sure everything stayed on track. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel clear and manageable. Matt, though, really stood out. Not only was he exceptional in terms of advice and guidance, but he also went far beyond what you’d expect—offering reassurance, patience, and genuine emotional support at every stage. At times, it didn’t just feel like professional help, it felt like having a friend in my corner. Excellent, Friendly Mortgage Review Service

Glen and Callum from Tembo were fantastic

We had Tembo LISAs so the Mortgage Broker service we were offered was free. Glen, our Broker, worked in to the evenings to find us a great mortgage, as we had to expedite our process to meet a strict deadline with the seller. When we had finally found a mortgage, Glen and Callum (our Case Manager) helped us along the process and answered any questions we had over text, call, or email. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
