Absolutely Amazing Service So Grateful!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gemma and Luke throughout our mortgage process. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, responsive, and efficient. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Gemma and Luke made everything so much easier to understand. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had (no matter how small!) and kept us updated every step of the way, which really helped put our minds at ease. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely caring approach made such a difference, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’ve now received our mortgage offer, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We have been helped by Billy and jodie, who have been more than helpful with our mortgage application. They have been quick to respond to any queries we've had and they have made the whole process less stressful. The communication has been fantastic and even when Billy and jodie have been out of office, someone else has been in contact with us to ensure that our application was still moving forward in their absence. My experience with Tembo was excellent,. I am a first time buyer and was quite overwhelmed and worried that i would not get a mortgage. Claudia was clear about what was available and all the options to me. She responded to all.my questions in a timely and concise manner. Once i found the house my mortgage offer took a matter of days. Great after care from Chelsea who was on hand to give me any further help or support with the next steps of buying a house., and continues to check in . Leah and Chelsea dream team

We had a fairly complex mortgage situation and honestly weren’t sure how smoothly it would go, but Chelsea and Leah at Tembo Money were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They took the time to really understand our circumstances, explained everything clearly (without any jargon), and guided us through each step with patience and confidence. What could have been a stressful process felt completely manageable thanks to their organisation, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Most importantly, they got the job done, securing us a mortgage that works for our situation when it didn’t feel straightforward at all.
