Dan and Tia have been brilliant!!!

Dan and Tia have been brilliant in supporting me finding a mortgage as a first time buyer. They have communicated effectively at every step and been responsive to any queries I have had. Once I’d found a property Dan was promptly available to get me the best offer before our booked appointment! And Tia has kept me updated consistently since with the progress of my application and advised me what the next steps are! Absolutely Amazing Service So Grateful!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gemma and Luke throughout our mortgage process. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, responsive, and efficient. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Gemma and Luke made everything so much easier to understand. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had (no matter how small!) and kept us updated every step of the way, which really helped put our minds at ease. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely caring approach made such a difference, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’ve now received our mortgage offer, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We have been helped by Billy and jodie, who have been more than helpful with our mortgage application. They have been quick to respond to any queries we've had and they have made the whole process less stressful. The communication has been fantastic and even when Billy and jodie have been out of office, someone else has been in contact with us to ensure that our application was still moving forward in their absence. My experience with Tembo was excellent,. I am a first time buyer and was quite overwhelmed and worried that i would not get a mortgage. Claudia was clear about what was available and all the options to me. She responded to all.my questions in a timely and concise manner. Once i found the house my mortgage offer took a matter of days. Great after care from Chelsea who was on hand to give me any further help or support with the next steps of buying a house., and continues to check in .
