I was served by Jack and Chelsea who were excellent and dedicated to ensuring that all my questions were answered on time. As a first time buyer I felt confident in their hands. Their support throughout the process made the difference in my home buying experience. They guided me on the entire home buying process explaining to me what happens at each step and things to look out for to avoid mistakes. Kane and Callum at Tembo were absolutely brilliant. As first time buyers, we were nervous and uncertain of a lot of things but they both guided us through each step with a friendly approach! They answered all our questions and never made us feel silly for asking things. They translated the jargon and made us feel confident along each step.
