But working with the absolute superstars at Tembo; Lucy Gibson and Chelsea Parkins, turned what could have been a stressful experience into something genuinely smooth and manageable. From the very start, they were incredibly supportive, understanding, and attentive to every detail. Super easy & amazing communication from Dominic & Chelsea! I put off starting the process of getting my mortgage for a while as I thought it would be complicated and hard to understand but the team at Tembo made it so straight forward. A nice young, enthusiastic team who are positive, helpful and impressively quick at responding to any little query you might have. We had a fantastic experience working with our mortgage broker Beth and our case manager, Callum. They were both incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Beth did a great job explaining our options clearly and helping us find the right mortgage, and Callum was on the ball with our mortgage application.
