My experience with Tembo was excellent,. I am a first time buyer and was quite overwhelmed and worried that i would not get a mortgage. Claudia was clear about what was available and all the options to me. She responded to all.my questions in a timely and concise manner. Once i found the house my mortgage offer took a matter of days. Great after care from Chelsea who was on hand to give me any further help or support with the next steps of buying a house., and continues to check in .
