Excellent service throughout the mortgage journey

Tembo have been excellent throughout my time working on a new mortgage with them. Both Rachel and Emma have been very responsive and knowledgeable about both various mortgage products and how the process through to mortgage offer would work. 5 star service

My mortgage broker Jessica and case manager Gemma were both super supportive through what is quite a stressful process of remortgaging, especially in such uncertain times. The whole process was very transparent and well organised from the first moment I got in touch. They found great offer that suits my financial needs. Tembo website is also fantastically user friendly and serves well for a great start to the (re)mortgage journey. Their protection advisor Brandon was also super friendly.
