I was extremely ecstatic with the whole experience of all the TEMBO staff, they was very polite and helpful and went over and beyond to make my journey with them seem so effortless and enjoyable. Authentic, Empathetic & Competitive Deals

Post divorce, I was struggling to figure my way through the many offers and also concerned about how my financial situation would impact my ability to get a mortgage. The two ladies I dealt with, not only reassured me the whole time, but managed to help me understand my realistic affordability and the deal they were able to secure was incredibly competitive at a time when rates were spiralling. The approval process took time (the lender themselves), but the Tembo representatives were in contact communication with me. I feel like they were transparent, genuinely caring and also looked for a genuinely good deal. I’m not four months into my new mortgage, managing perfectly given their advice and couldn’t be happier. Their advice was clear and practical, and they took the time to make sure I understood all my options. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable, always staying responsive and proactive. I genuinely felt supported throughout, and their expertise made a real difference in securing the right outcome. Excellent service

Extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Gemma and Dan at Tembo for our remortgage. Particularly Dan who was so helpful. It is a scary time at the moment so we didn’t know at all what to do for the best but feel like the advice we received from Dan was trustworthy and in our best interests. He made us feel reassured and at ease from the first moment and we are confident that we’ve made the right decision.
