I had a great experience working with Poppy and Helena.

I had a great experience working with Poppy and Helena. They helped me remortgage onto a new fixed rate and made the whole process incredibly smooth and efficient. From start to finish, they were proactive, responsive, and very clear in explaining the options available. Everything was handled quickly and with a high level of professionalism, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I particularly appreciated how on top of things they were, keeping me informed throughout and ensuring timelines were met without any issues. I would highly recommend Poppy and Helena to anyone looking for mortgage advice or support. A genuinely excellent service. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Efficient, friendly and very helpful

Karl was very helpful with getting our Mortgage offer submitted. We were working to a very tight deadline before the rates increased and Karl dropped everything to ensure he got our application over the line before the rates went up that evening. Poppy then took over once the Mortgage application was submitted and she was very good at keeping us updated with the progress of the application and liaising with the lender on our behalf. Absolute Legends!!!

Bradley Wright and Emma Furmston have been absolute legends with our mortgage application. We first met Brad the Thursday evening before good Friday to discuss our mortgage options. Brad then spent the evening emailing me back answering my questions and had annual leave booked after that day. Brad then logged in on his day off on the Tuesday after Easter Monday to reach out to our lenders to discuss our case and submit our Mortgage application. Emma then took over the process for us while Brad was off and kept us updated on how things were going and again was happy to answer my queries almost instantly! We have just received our mortgage offer exactly a week after it was submitted! We can't thank you both enough for making this incredibly scary process so easy for us. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

With everything that’s going on right now they were about to find us a mortgage rate we could afford and get us through to the point where our mortgage application was accepted quickly and without complications.
