Extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Gemma and Dan at Tembo for our remortgage. Particularly Dan who was so helpful. It is a scary time at the moment so we didn’t know at all what to do for the best but feel like the advice we received from Dan was trustworthy and in our best interests. He made us feel reassured and at ease from the first moment and we are confident that we’ve made the right decision. This has been a completely different experience to the service we received with our initial mortgage broker and we will 100% be using Tembo again. Thank you both. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

I recently remortgaged and also got a new mortgage for moving home. My mortgage broker Charlotte for the remortgaging was a great help, kept us well informed and explained everything for us to understand.
