Efficient, friendly and very helpful

Karl was very helpful with getting our Mortgage offer submitted. We were working to a very tight deadline before the rates increased and Karl dropped everything to ensure he got our application over the line before the rates went up that evening. Poppy then took over once the Mortgage application was submitted and she was very good at keeping us updated with the progress of the application and liaising with the lender on our behalf. Very Helpful and Stress Free
