The whole experience with Tembo made the mortgage process so easy and smooth, my broker was friendly and informative- so was everyone I spoke to throughout the process. I felt in safe hands and their online system also made everything so clear and easy, e.g. by being able to compare different mortgage products, terms and payback timescales using their online system. Buying a house is an incredibly stressful process- but I can safely say the mortgage application part was not at all stressful thanks to Tembo- I couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10. Bethany and Callum were tireless!

Bethany was incredible from the beginning and very patient throughout the whole process. Always very kind and helpful with my multiple requests that lasted 2 months to finally get to a conclusion. Callum the case manager was also really kind and helpful keeping me updated often and they got mortgage offer quickly. 10/10 service. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
