Having been disappointed with my previous broker, I made a last-minute switch to Tembo, and I'm super pleased I did. Jess Campbell and Gemma Bentley were amazing! From the initial meeting to discuss my remortgage through to securing a rate, the communication was flawless. They moved quickly and efficiently to ensure my rate was safely locked in.
