Usually mortgages are a very stressful situation to go through, but luckily I had Rachel and Emma to deal with it. They both were amazing from start to finish and made the experience stress free and extremely manageable. Having been disappointed with my previous broker, I made a last-minute switch to Tembo, and I'm super pleased I did. Jess Campbell and Gemma Bentley were amazing! From the initial meeting to discuss my remortgage through to securing a rate, the communication was flawless. They moved quickly and efficiently to ensure my rate was safely locked in.
