Unreliable Service from Tide Business Bank I strongly advise against relying on Tide Business Bank: Our business account was inexplicably put on hold at a critical time when we needed to pay salaries and receive payments. Despite our urgent attempts to contact their support team through calls and messages over three days, we received no response. Tide have deactivated my account

Tide have deactivated my account without reason or warning, with hundreds of thousands of pounds in it. I've had to get a lawyer involved (at an additional cost). Stay away from Tide unless you want to lose all your money. Reviewed on: 7th May 2024

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME TIDE HAS CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR ABSOLUTLY NOTHING, I HAVE SUPPLIERS THAT NEED PAYING AND ALSO STAFF WAGES. DO NOT USE TIDE BANK

Tide have unlinked my bank account from my app and I have no way of logging in. My bank acc has a healthy positive balance and I can't access it. Their chat is overloaded (which you can only access through app) and emails are not being responded to. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

This is the worst bank ever.

This is the worst bank ever. We are a small buisness and opened an account a year ago. We work on a contractual basis so as and when we get a client we can deliver our services to. After a year of building our network and word of mouth, we secured our first client and got paid! Excited to get things moving and using the money to get us on visible platforms , we attempted to transfer the funds to one of the named directors of the company.( which they are aware of as I had to list... Left me and children hungry and business closed

I am a small business owner and mother to 7 children, tide has paused my account for no reason, will not call me, the replies by the chat are copy and pasted scripts. Made a complaint which was upheld however still waiting for them to unpause my account. They have left me and my young children without access to money and unable to trade. Very very poor service!
