Joined TIDE as it looked like it wasn’t changing the world of banking and being more digital. Sadly it’s anyhting but - you can’t access a shared business account if you have your own and there is no company name printed on the card therefore if you have multiple TIDE accounts, you don’t know which one belongs to which account. This account app is great so far. I can send invoices and transfer money so easily. I was with hsbc before. And they didn’t want my business in the end. There app is terrible. This app gives you so much more Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

A Succesful Bold Step

The service I have received so far is contrary to what I read online.I was hesitant as a result of the reviews I had read about Tide’s services which highlighted delays in transfer of funds from a Tide account to other banks but I have enjoyed very prompt transfers between my Tide account and the transfers to other bank accounts, not only that, I love the fact that I could generate my client’s invoices myself! Lastly , I like the fact that my name is at the back of the card not on the front. It gives a bit more privacy!! Thank you Tide Team!! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Business banking as it should be

From setting up the account to managing it the whole process is for me how modern business banking should be. I have held business accounts with the big high street names where setting up an account took weeks and at least one visit to a branch. With Tide it takes less than 5 minutes from the comfort of my own home or even while walking by the Thames! I have absolute 100% confidence in them and their platform. As a founder member there were elements that were missing for sure - standing orders, full integration with my accounting software and IBAN accounts were some. But all of these things have been introduced and it's fantastic seeing them respond to their customer feedback while always keeping a no nonsense approach to dealing with their customers. My TIDE experience has inspired me to set up a personal online bank account. The 'big' banks need to up their games otherwise this won't just be the future it will be the norm. Well done TIDE.
