I have say there one of best bank because there about you as person . There help is very good you forward your question and there will respond to you very quickly and usually there give answers straight away but if you still need help there come back until it’s resolved Reviewed on: 7th January 2018

Run before the Tide comes in

The app is full of bugs and if you need to contact customer service - because of the bugs - you have to use the direst of in-app messaging systems, where responses take 10+ mins after EACH message, which come as prewritten messages. Signing up to this service will put your business at risk - think lost revenue, unhappy clients and bankruptcy. I would rather invest in mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations than give my money to Tide! Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
