The best!

I have two business accounts with Tide and have recommended several friends and family with businesses (and took advantage of the £50 referral bonus!) any issues I’ve had at all with Tide are resolved quickly and effectively with their chat app, they’re also extremely helpful on the phone. My last experience with them was upgrading my account to benefit from the change in fees and cash back, the customer service agent was brilliant and thorough explaining all the options so I was able to make a decision. Tide equals Happy Customer

I'm so happy with my Tide Business Account. It's super easy to use. I can categorise payments in & out easily. You can even pay cash in at a post office! Tide has made keeping on top of my accounts much easier. I wish I'd opened a Tide account earlier! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Always helpful

Tide is a easy to use app. Very smooth running. The tide team are amazing on app or on phone, delt with all my issues in a professional manner alway understating. Great in all aspects

Tide banking is great to use. Customer service is there when you need assistance. The banking app is easy to use. The only down flaw is the app does not inform you if there is a direct debit that might bounce back due to insufficient funds. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023
