Fast set up and so much better than the high street!

After several ridiculous delays trying to set up a business bank account with the normal high street banks - LLoyds offered me an appointment in three weeks! I opened, funded and transferred funds within 25 minutes (and I’d taken a call during that time) - All on my phone and no waiting around! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Quick and easy banking

I moved to Tide from Lloyds as I was frustrated by Lloyds banking app being slow and frequently not working. The Tide app is quick and simple, notifies me when any transactions are made and allows me to write notes/ classifications next to each transaction. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Professional but frustrating

Tide and the Tide app is a very very good tool and a business account. from invoicing to switching between different parts of the company to taxes and late payments from customers. customers tide excels, but the app is difficult to use. I very often have to double-check whether I’m on the right business with Tide ends. It would be useful if there was an alert system in place for when Tide as an entity, is Down. because the last thing any of us want to do is not pay our staff the time or correctly. On the whole, my company has decided to stick with Tide business as it’s getting easier to use and the customer service is 2nd to none Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
