The best!

I have two business accounts with Tide and have recommended several friends and family with businesses (and took advantage of the £50 referral bonus!) any issues I’ve had at all with Tide are resolved quickly and effectively with their chat app, they’re also extremely helpful on the phone. My last experience with them was upgrading my account to benefit from the change in fees and cash back, the customer service agent was brilliant and thorough explaining all the options so I was able to make a decision. New Type of Banking

It got much better since I joined

Now I have full functionality, including being able to make and receive international payments. I’m really happy with Tide. I hope the functionality increases as my business grows otherwise I might need to switch to another bank and I would prefer not to. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

Convenient and professional

I opened an account with Tide over 18 months ago as I needed a business bank account within a short timeframe, Tide was the only business bank account that could get one up and running in time out of all the banks I enquired with. For the past 18 months their services have been competitive and professional. For an online bank I have never had any issues and their app is very user friendly. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023
