Excellent service & banking experience.

I have been with Tridos for many years now and find the online bank very easy to use. If I have had any questions I can phone their office and speak to someone who will resolve any issue or answer any question I have. I'm very pleased with the product and service they provide. I chose Triodos 10+ years ago because of its ethical values which align with my own values and beliefs and I have been a customer ever since. I have received good sensible advice whenever I have needed it. I have only needed to contact them when I have a problem such as closing one account and opening one that is more beneficial to me.
