Confident that my savings don’t harm the planet

Fuss free, simple interface with information to hand. And most importantly reassures me that my savings are invested in responsible, sustainable schemes which positively impact the planet. Ethical banking

As I'm no longer a UK resident, I only have a saving account with Triodos. I feel strongly about ethical banking, especially in a time where the most powerful leaders in the world have a vested interest in war. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Happy new customers

My wife have only in the last year joined Triodos Bank after several years searching for the best ethical current and savings account and after trying various other banks and ISAs. No doubt we could earn a few extra £s per year if we were unconcerned how our money was invested by a less ethical bank but we are happy to know Triodos is using our savings well. We have now consolidated our money into these two accounts which we can view on the excellent Triodos mobile app. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Excellent bank with values they never compromise on...

Excellent bank with values they never compromise on even when everything tells you that you should. Savings rates obviously not the highest but you can't have both ethical values and the top rates. Would recommend for anyone who wants even a portion of their money to be invested in environmental projects Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
