Great new look App, glad to be part of a banking experience that priorities ethical investment and the planet's needs. I've rarely need to seek customer support, but when I have the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Best banking app I've ever had

It was so easy to set up and manage on the app, when I had to contact customer service for a problem re another apps income they were responsive and incredibly helpful, but nothing compares to knowing that my savings aren't being invested in fossil fuels and instead put towards ethical and sustainable projects. A excellent bank with the right ethics

I feel confident that triodos bank, unlike most others does not invest in or profit from harms, rather it invests in things that benefit people, and earth,which is why my savings are with it. Security and customer service are also excellent. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Easy to open my savings account

it was so easy to open my online savings account and the rate is really good. I am glad I can save my money in a way that is proactive and helpful: I can see from my app how my money is helping. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Helpful, ethical and competitive.

I have nothing but good feedback for Triodos.

I have nothing but good feedback for Triodos. They have a fantastic range of savings accounts and ISAs, all of which are so easy to manage on the app, banking becomes easy with Triodos. The one time I had a question that I needed to speak with customer services for, it was solved quickly and professionally. The ethos behind the bank aligns with my own values and it is super that you can have a bank that doesn't compromise on quality or professionalism for its values. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
