Fuss-free friendly banking

Despite the problems with online banking a while ago, banking with TSB is easy. The app and website work well. And if I need to speak to a human, I still have a branch in my home town where the staff are very approachable and helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Top customer service

Fantastic switching service, I did Have one issue which was quickly resolved by a visit to my branch. It is brilliant that the branches are open later in the evening and on a Saturday. Reviewed on: 10th November 2019

Excellent Account

The best interest paying current account I could find by miles. I save £1500 and they give me 3% interest and there are no charges and I don't need to have any payments going out of the account. Its so good my wife has one also... Reviewed on: 8th November 2019

Best interest bearing current account in the market

I have used the plus account since launch and can say that I have received the most overall interest on the amounts allowed. The in Branch customer service is exceptional and would recommend to everyone. Lets keep TSB on the High street for that personal touch. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Thomas Cook credit card claim

I have held a tsb account for 50 years and after recently filling out a credit card dispute for Thomas Cook flights I then phoned after receiving no response. I have never come across such a deliberately obstructive robotic answering stream of messages. In the end an operater I formed me that my claim had been overlooked and I should have received a credit on my Bill. just opened a new tsb account online and what a doddle. no issues and all switched from my previous bank. all this done in 6 days. Reviewed on: 4th October 2019

Untrustworthy and cheats at TSB, liars

How to trust a bank that breaks their promises? The then chief executive Paul Pester had pledged that Classic Plus Accounts would have their interest rate increase from 3 to 5% on money up to £1,500, following the IT meltdown crisis but less than a year after, and the now ex chief executive gone, they broke his pledge and brought the interest rate back to 3%. It is not the £s loss, but the principle. Cheating on customers by lying. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019
