Ulster in India

Ulster in India 10 weeks waiting to close an account, not closed yet, after the usual frustration they tell me that they have farmed out this simple process to a guy in India, so be patient as the Indian company may have further subcontracted this simple process of closing my account, as of now my deposit is nowhere to be seen and I am at a loss, do not trust Ulster. I used to bank with them as there was no monthly charge and the service was decent enough. I no longer bank with them but if I had no other choice, I wouldn't complain. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Never had any issues

I've been with this bank for over 10 years and never had any issues. They are very quick to put restrictions in place if any unusual activity occurs on your account and I welcome this rather than being out of money. Always very courteous as well. Reviewed on: 24th November 2015
