Ulster in India

Ulster in India 10 weeks waiting to close an account, not closed yet, after the usual frustration they tell me that they have farmed out this simple process to a guy in India, so be patient as the Indian company may have further subcontracted this simple process of closing my account, as of now my deposit is nowhere to be seen and I am at a loss, do not trust Ulster.
