Brilliant

In the years I have been with you not at any time you have reminded me to make payments not that I have given you a reason to, but you have always kept me up to date with any promotions or updates with like 0% transfers. And to my knowledge they have never pesterd me when I have not been using my card. Always been polite and helpful even when I got scammed and there fuard department sorted it all out very expert in what they all do. Thank you. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Solid Card for Building Credit

Great option if you're looking to build or improve your credit. Just keep in mind, there’s no 0% interest offer on large purchases, so it’s more of a credit builder than a card for big spending. The app is definitely a highlight, simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Customer service is pretty standard, nothing exceptional but gets the job done. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Easy Card

I use my card at least once a month and make sure I always pay my balance on time. Vanquis always make it very easy to pay online and I have never had any problems with this process. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Helped me when others wouldn't.

Although the interest rates aren't the lowest out there, Vanquis has helped me in many awkward situations. My credit history isn't the best and Vanquis has provided me with credit when my own bank won't. Customer Service is excellent and getting in touch is easy. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
