Worthwhile to stick with them

Many years ago when I first wanted a credit card my credit was virtually non existent. Vanquis took a chance and I now have an excellent score. Although they are known for helping you with bad credit I still stay with them. They often increase my limit but regularly contact me to confirm that I'm still ok Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

When I needed Vanquis most they let me down. I was on holiday and I didn't have access to the phone registered so despite answering all the security questions I could not use the card for the remainder of my holiday. Terrible experience. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

Highly recommended

I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems. Simply the Best

You are sent a reminder to say when your payment will be taken. Statements are always sent & never any problems. Easy to understand. The card is recognised in so many places. Good but costly

Vanquis for the only CC that accepted me when i finished my IVA, which I am very grateful for. I very rarely have to contact them as the account runs very smoothly. The only thing that is a negative is the very high level of Interest fee Reviewed on: 9th May 2025
