I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems. I always felt I was treated like a customer. Staff where polite, friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
