Effective financial management

A lesson in banking and customer service

Vanquis treat their customers with a respect and value. I have come away from a conversation with the CSRs feeling heard and accommodated, never undermined for money management. As the card is to resolve my account, I couldn't speak to the credit facility, but because of the way that Vanquis has conducted itself as applicable to myself, I cannot imagine that it would not be an easy interaction. Really smart and easy to use app never fails only on...

Really smart and easy to use app never fails only one thing which I don’t like and understand is increasing your your limit I’ve spoken to customer service about it and only way for it to happend is when automated email comes through then you’d be able to which after using it in a while should either be able to apply for a increase or when speak to customer service they should be able to provide more details on how to do it Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Great for building credit

I've had my Vanquis card for over 10 years now, and originally signed up to start building credit, having just arrived in the UK. It's been a great resource for that, as well as being a useful, general use card. I've not dealt with client services often, but have had no complaints there; I've found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
