A lesson in banking and customer service

Vanquis treat their customers with a respect and value. I have come away from a conversation with the CSRs feeling heard and accommodated, never undermined for money management. As the card is to resolve my account, I couldn't speak to the credit facility, but because of the way that Vanquis has conducted itself as applicable to myself, I cannot imagine that it would not be an easy interaction.
