I have been with Vanquis for a good number of years...

I have been with Vanquis for a good number of years now. The customer care is excellent. I have never had any issues with using Vanquis. I hope to be using them for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Repayments too high

I felt that there were too many offers to increase my credit and too much pressure to do so, which has now put me in the situation where I am in Persistent Debt. Whilst fully aware I played a part in this, there shouldn’t be so much pressure vis continual emails to increase the credit limit, and the payments back are disproportionate amount of my income each month.
