Vanquis customer service is the best they have pick up every time someone is trying to steal from me. Staff very helpful and app is very easy to use Reviewed on: 2nd May 2025

Excellent staff.

Customer service staff provide expertise immediately and have resolved any problems I have had immediately, for example I paid my monthly payment in error twice and they were able to refund the second payment within days, to my relief. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2025

I am with Vanquis over 2 years.

I am with Vanquis over 2 years. Their system is so easy to use, any time I make a payment goes straight away quickly so opens up the balance able to use very fast and balance transfer option was amazing. Whenever I called them I have reached out to a customer support less then 1 minute so everything I am looking for is really easy with them! Reviewed on: 1st May 2025
