Vanquis despite finding my card and issuing replacement card still charge me for costs incurred by fraudulent means and any charges and interest despite me pointing out and appealing this due to transactions being done in another country and I do not possess a passport Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

Helpful and easy to use App.

I have found Vanquis helpful and informative when I require any assistance. As an older person I often have problems with internet and Apps but find the Vanquis App very easy to use which is important these days. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

This Vanquis credit card was super easy to set up, I like the way the amount of monthly payments are pre-set and also I can always tell at a glance what amount is in progress and what is available, what's my balance.
