Had a payment that went AWOL, which was on my part,...

Had a payment that went AWOL, which was on my part, I paid into a different account. Phoned and the guy who dealt with me was excellent, I proved that it had gone to Vanquis and although it would eventually go on to my account it meant that I would of had a £12 late fee, which he refunded instantly . He explained everything clearly and was left very satisfied. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
