I’m my experience with Vanquis credit card really helped me get back on track with my finances. The right approach is a habit of spend little but the pay it back and never miss a payment. Always pay the minimum plus interest. Vanquis have absolutely helped me a great deal and the App is easy to understand and they have people you can ask for help if your stuck!!!! A lesson in banking and customer service

Vanquis treat their customers with a respect and value. I have come away from a conversation with the CSRs feeling heard and accommodated, never undermined for money management. As the card is to resolve my account, I couldn't speak to the credit facility, but because of the way that Vanquis has conducted itself as applicable to myself, I cannot imagine that it would not be an easy interaction.
