Review of the Vanquis, Credit Building Credit Card:

A good example of how to design an app

I've had no issue with the credit card, or Vanquis. The app works very well & is easy to use. I like the fact that you have plenty of information available, but the basic structure keeps things simple to navigate - unless you need to see transactions, offers, payments etc. I use the 'Payit' function to make rapid payments from my bank account to the credit card - that works smoothly & quickly, using the 'Open Banking' system. You don't need any account details, just find your bank in a list & then it takes you to log-in to your banking site. Choose which account to pay from & that's it. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Happy Vanquis client

I have been with Vanquis for over 10 years and have had no problems with them. The app is easy to use. I did have a problem once with a transaction which was no fault of Vanquis and they resolved it for me in a most efficient manner. I am a happy Vanquis client. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Whenever I've had to contact the Customer service dept, they have always been polite, personable and professional.
