Old-fashioned personal service and competitive rates

I opened a regular saver ISA with the Vernon due to the competitive rate they were offering. The application process was all paper-based and slow compared to online banking but, along with the old fashioned processes, I experienced good old fashioned personal customer service in my local branch - great job! Prompt attention

There was a minor issue in documentation verification when opening my account. This was dealt with very quickly by the Vernon team. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

Excellent and friendly service.

..Great service & always there to help if needed

If ever I have had any issues I have been able to phone through & get to speak to someone who was able to help me. ITs good that they are local & they have a couple of offices near by too. Great Service, Local Focus and Good Savings Rates.

I really like Vernon's as they give excellent service and good savings rates whilst remaining locally focused. I feel like an individual in there, not just a number and they were brilliant when my wife died. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Love the staff in the Reddish branch.

Love the staff in the Reddish branch. I have been saving for myself, my kids, grandkids and nephew and nieces for about 20 years. It's unfortunate that they are open less and I do find it difficult to get in on their opening hours. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025
