Excellent staff and good saving rates

Branch staff are friendly and very helpful. Apart from a banking hub it is the only Bank/Building Society in the village for which I am very thankful. However it is not open everyday so I have to remember on which days it is open. I am saving to buy a new home and the interest rates on some bonds is better than elsewhere.
