Ease of use

All services I've had with Virgin Money, formerly Clydesdale Bank Plc. have been easy to use, customer service is helpful and quick to answer. I hold several products with them, current account, savings and ISA. I have been with this company since I was 16 for some 25+ years. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2022

Would give zero stars

Worst bank ever

Don’t use their accounts unless you want to gamble with the risk of having your account locked, closed or frozen upon the whims of terrible customer service. This bank entices unsuspecting customers with special interest rates, because it’s a ‘challenger’ bank not one of the well known and well funded ones. It will take your money and lend it out in a ponzi like scheme. They are the worst bank at then freezing customer accounts for no reason. They hide behind secrecy and will do their best to cause you hardship. Reviewed on: 26th October 2022

Go to Trustpilot and see for yourself where they are the very lowest rated on the site for a very good reason. Customer service is abysmal and shockingly rude. Thats only if you get through to someone. Twice after being on hold for an hour they then cut me off. They make it extremely difficult to get your money back from savings, cannot do it online, cannot get through by phone, closest branch hours away. Please, please dont risk your money with them, there are better offers out there. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Good rates but confusing it systems

Fantastic rates!

Been saving with Virgin for just coming up to a year now, and considering the awful time that 2020 was I was pleased to have retained the relatively high interest rates. Very great help in a difficult year! Reviewed on: 24th January 2021
