Absolutely horrible people...

Absolutely robbing people Horrible customer service , crap credit card, its rate is higher than other credit card . I only missed one payment accidently happened by canceling direct debit , however I paid full amount next day over minimum payment with extra charge of £12 . But today I received a email they said they have removed even my promotional rate !! Which means they are robber . They already charged me a lot , never missed a payment but they have done this . You are number one robber in the uk . I will never ever use you robber . Look at at email I received : Hello Sima, We’re writing to let you know we’ve removed the promotional rate on your Virgin Money Credit Card ending 1786. This is because you didn’t make your Monthly Requested Payment (also known as your minimum payment) by 03/06/2024. Reviewed on: 12th June 2024

Waste of time

I have tried opening an account with them and they kept me waiting for over 2 months and each time I called them they said we are reviewing your case. Opened an account with a different bank in 3 days, pure waste of time Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

ATM Meltdown

I used an ATM that had just decided to take my card and imform me the the money i reqused was avaible. No cash or card was forthcoming. informed Virgin money and within the week a new card had been issued and the cash placed into my account. Five Stars Virgin Money. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

Very straight forward bank

Good app, and online, linked credit card is easy to manage. Reviewed on: 6th May 2023

Useless app

Customer service is quite good and interest rates are quite high but the app is useless as there's no features at all except to make a transfer. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023
