Really like Virgin Bank. Easy to use, clear, user friendly website. Easy access to accounts but good security. Love the money lounges and the emails they send are actually interesting. Just wish they had a banking app. Reviewed on: 15th December 2018

Excellent service

Although I use my account on-line, on the few occasions I have used the Help Line I have been very impressed with their help and assistance. I also use the Virgin Money lounge in Eagle Place near Piccadilly Circus and it is so useful for meeting friends for a coffee. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018

Since we first visited our local Virgin Money branch we have always found the staff very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about their products.
